Making coaching accessible is an important part of how I’ve structured my practice.

I structure fees with flexibility and context in mind for leaders and organizations across a range of circumstances, including individuals without organizational sponsorship and mission-forward organizations with limited resources. If that’s part of your situation, I welcome you to mention it when you reach out.

I also occasionally take on pro bono coaching engagements when there is alignment between a leader’s goals, circumstances, and my ability to take on the commitment.
